How experts get verified
Nobody gets a badge by asking for one. Every expert passes these checks before their first call.
Identity check
Ghana Card plus a live selfie. The face and the name must match, and the card number is stored as a one-way hash, never as an image we keep lying around.
Credentials, per category
Lawyers show their Ghana Bar roll number. Health professionals show a council licence, no exceptions. Tutors show certificates, immigration consultants show business registration or employment proof.
MoMo name match
The name on the MoMo wallet that receives payouts must match the verified identity. Payouts cannot go to someone else's wallet.

How much does a call cost?
Each expert sets their own price per 30 minutes. Typical ranges: tutoring from GH₵150, career and business from GH₵200, legal from GH₵300, immigration from GH₵350. Callers pay a GH₵4 connection fee on top. You always see the exact total before you pay.
Can someone screenshot or record my call?
Every call has a privacy shield, on by default. It burns a moving watermark with the viewer's identity into the frame, blocks right-click and copying, and blurs the video if the tab loses focus. No website can block OS-level capture outright — anyone who claims otherwise is lying — but a leaked recording traces straight back to who leaked it, and that is what actually stops it.
What if the expert doesn't show up?
You get a full, automatic refund. Your payment is held until the call happens, so a no-show expert never gets paid.
What if I miss my call?
The expert keeps half the call price as a cancellation fee and the rest comes back to you. Experts block out real time for you, so the policy cuts both ways.
Are calls recorded?
No. Calls are never recorded, and we say that plainly in our privacy policy. If a call goes badly, report it within 24 hours: we investigate using call metadata (duration, who hung up, report history), not transcripts, and we refund fast when the caller was wronged.
